ActEvidence exists to make AI transparency visible: to the people who meet AI systems, and to the teams responsible for them.
What we are, and what we are not
ActEvidence teaches teams about EU AI Act transparency obligations and reviews customer-facing AI systems against the relevant Article 50 questions. We document what we observe and recommend practical next steps.
We are not a law firm, a certification body or a notified body, and we are not affiliated with the European Commission. We do not issue compliance certificates or legal opinions. Legal conclusions stay with your legal counsel.

Barbaros brings 16 years of teaching experience to ActEvidence: as an English language teacher from 2006 to 2023, and as an academic coordinator. Barbaros holds the Cambridge Train the Trainer qualification and a Level 7 TESOL Diploma.
Barbaros trained Rise In’s first Stellar developer cohort and an Internet Computer developer cohort, and built Barkeep Arc, an open-source on-chain spending cap for AI agents on Arc mainnet.
