Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it loads nothing from third parties. It has no forms.

The pages are delivered by Cloudflare, which necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver them and protect the site. We do not keep access logs of our own.

If you email us

If you write to hello@actevidence.tech, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you. Our email is hosted by mailbox.org (Heinlein Hosting GmbH) in Germany, which processes it on our behalf. We keep your email only as long as we need it to reply and to follow up on your request, then delete it.

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise them, write to hello@actevidence.tech.
