The workshop follows the structure of Article 50 and ends with a plan your team can use.

Provider and deployer roles
How to identify who is the provider and who is the deployer for your system, and why that changes which obligations are relevant.

AI interaction disclosure
When people must be informed that they are interacting with an AI system, and what “clear and distinguishable, at the latest at the first interaction” looks like in real interfaces.

Synthetic-content marking
What machine-readable marking and detectability of AI-generated audio, image, video and text mean for providers, and where they show up in a product.

The narrow cases
Emotion recognition, biometric categorisation, deepfakes and text published to inform the public on matters of public interest: what each covers, what it does not, and the exceptions.

Practical scenario exercise
Teams work through an illustrative product scenario and decide which questions apply, what to check and who owns it.

Action plan
A short list of next steps, owners and open questions to take back to your team and your legal counsel.

General AI literacy can be included as optional supporting context where it helps the group, but the focus stays on Article 50 transparency.
